Imported PDFs, annotations, notes, drawings, signatures, thumbnails, library metadata, bookmarks, favorites, reading progress, reading time, search history, preferences, and OCR results are stored in the app's private storage. PDF and OCR processing is local. We do not receive these documents or their contents. Uninstalling the app removes its private data.
The free app displays ads. Google may process the Android advertising identifier, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and operating-system information, language, and ad impressions or interactions. Where required, Google's consent form is displayed and can later be reviewed in the app. See Google's Privacy Policy and partner-sites information. Android settings allow you to delete the advertising identifier or limit personalized ads.
If you link Drive, Google handles authentication. The app uses the restricted drive.file scope and accesses only files it created or files you explicitly opened with it, to import or export them. We do not store Google credentials. Without this optional feature, the app does not access your Google account.
Internet and network-state permissions load ads and optional Drive features. Advertising-service permissions support AdMob. Foreground-service and wake-lock permissions allow long OCR work to finish. Android's file picker grants access only to selected files; older Android versions may declare read access to import a selected document.
This general-purpose tool is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
You can delete individual documents and related records, erase all app data or uninstall, change ad consent and Android advertising settings, and disconnect Drive in the app or your Google Account permissions. Where applicable, contact us to exercise access, correction, or deletion rights.
We will update this page and its date if data practices change. Questions may be sent to hello@armelix.dev.
